Unusual Flowers
I'm just a sucker for pretty flowers and leaves. I love the ruffly ones and the bi-colors. This one is probably the only really backward curled flowering violet I have. It's called a "wasp" because of the unusual petal shape. It's also the only yellow one that I have. It's called "Golden Autumn".
The flowers are darker at the center and fade to white on the edges. It's a slow grower for me and has taken two years to grow from a seedling into a standard 4" pot.
But boy it was worth the wait. This one is the only wasp that I have in my collection currently.
